The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on December 28, 2023. Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Donna Ash, Russ Thomas, Larry Johnson, Bill Nash and Tom Runyan
Absent: Dick Demerly and Jim Norder
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the minutes for the November 16, 2023 meeting. Seconded Tom Runyan. Motion carried.

Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the Land Division Application Number: PLD12-0010 by Todd Hartson of 1901 W. Bennington Rd., Owosso, MI 48867. Property Owner is the same. Parent Parcel is 010-11-100-008-03, Section 11, T.6 N, R2E, Bennington Township. Approval of this application is subject to combining Parcel D with Parcel 010-11-100-001 (the immediate parcel to the west) as Parcel D is a non-buildable non-compliant Parcel. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
