The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on July 29, 2010. Chair Rod Harmon called the meeting to order at 7:08 pm.
Members present: Bill Nash, Bernie Scollan, Rod Harmon, and Dick Demerly.
Moved by Rod Harmon to accept minutes of June 24, 2010. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried
No Comments from the audience:
Chair Rod Harmon presented to
the board the final updated Campground Ordinance for Shiawassee County,
Ordinance No.#10-04-03, that was adopted and passed by the Shiawassee County
Board of Commissioners. No
action taken.
No new business
The next Bennington Township Planning Commission meeting date will be on August 26, 2010.
Moved by Dick Demerly to adjourn the meeting at 7:46 PM. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
