The Bennington Township regular meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on April 3, 2023, 7:00pm, at the Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Matt Dutcher, Lee Ash, Cody Baker, Donna Ash.
Forsythe moved to approve the agenda as printed. Second by Baker. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to approve the minutes for March 6, 2023 regular board meeting and budget hearing as printed. Second by L. Ash. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented. Second by L. Ash. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to pay bills as presented in the amount of $16,703.82. Second by Dutcher. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Public Comment:
Battalion Chief Mike Thornburg Owosso Fire Department gave a report.
Co Comm Cindy Garber gave an update of county activities.
Board Reports:
Library – Garber – Update
Plan Comm – D. Ash – No meeting.
Roads – L. Ash – Road project contracts are signed.

Michigan Township Participating Plan – The board reviewed the recommendations from Michigan Township Participating Plan regarding Risk Management.
Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
