February 4, 2019
The Bennington Township regular board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on February 4, 2019, 7:00pm, at the Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Matt Dutcher, Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic, Donna Ash.
Forsythe moved to approve the agenda with additions. Seconded by L. Ash. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to approve the minutes for the January 7, 2019 regular board meeting as printed. Seconded by Dutcher. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Dutcher moved to approve the minutes for the March 28, 2019 Annual meeting as printed. Seconded by L. Ash. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented. Seconded by L. Ash. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to pay bills as presented in the amount of $49,512.81. Seconded by Zdunic. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Public Comment:
B. Bonner – Thanked the board for working with him over the years.
Board Reports:
Plan Comm- D. Ash – Reviewed two variances, will send two Planning Commission members to the County meeting in regards to the variances.
Roads – L. Ash – Review the proposed road projects for the next meeting.

New Business:
Web Page – Zdunic asked Forsythe if he wanted to take over the Township Web Site as he had done this before, Forsythe commented that he did not wish to at this time.
Spring Clean Up – Zdunic will get bids and place ads in both papers for the Spring Clean Up scheduled for May 4, 8:00am – 12:00noon.
Lawn Maintenance – Forsythe moved to accept the bid from Munro Enterprise for the 2019 mowing season for Cemetery Mowing $325/mow, Cemetery rolling $325, Township Hall mowing $115/mow, Township Hall rolling $115, and Spring Cleanups $800. Seconded by Dutcher. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
2019 – 2020 Meeting Dates – Forsythe moved to approve the 2019 – 2020 regular meeting dates as the first Monday of each month, except September which will be the first Tuesday, all meetings will be at 7:00pm at the Township Hall. Seconded by Dutcher. All board members in favor. Motion carried.

Forsythe moved to dispense with regular meeting procedure and move on to the business at hand. Seconded by L. Ash. Motion carried.
