Special Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash
on March 30,2011,
10:00am
at the Township Hall.
Present:
Jim Forsythe, Cindy Garber, Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic, Donna Ash.
Agenda: 2011 - 2012 Proposed Budget
Year End Bills
L. Ash moved to suspend regular meeting procedure and move on to the agenda
items. Second by Forsythe. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to
approve the Treasurer's report as presented. Second by
L. Ash.
All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Garber moved to pay Year End bills as presented in the amount of $9,478.12.
Second by Zdunic. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to make
changes to the budget as presented. Second by L. Ash. All
board members in
favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to
approve the 2011 - 2012 budget
for
presentation at the annual meeting. Second by
Zdunic. All board members in favor. Motion
carried.
Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by Zdunic. Motion carried.
